shipping policy

  • ​All orders are shipped through USPS.

  • Processing / Shipping times are estimated time frames. Processing could be faster or could be a bit longer on rare occasions.

  • Shipping is free

  • Processing time is estimated at 3-4 business days for fulfillment And Shipment.

  • Delivery time is estimated to be 1-3 business days (based on USPS shipping time from the East Coast of the USA). (In some cases, it could be up to 4 business days - e.g California)

  • Weekend orders will not begin processing until the next business day.

  • Please be advised that orders may take longer than usual to be delivered during holidays, due to changes in USPS hours, or inclement weather.

Processing

  • Non-wholesale orders are usually shipped in 3-4 business days (estimated time frame)

  • Wholesale orders take about 4-6 business days before shipped (estimated time frame) 

  • Wholesale orders with Kinky Straight, Natural Wave, or Fumi Curl take about 6-8 business days before shipping as these textures must be created through our steaming process.

You will not receive a tracking number for your order until it ships. When your order ships a tracking number will be sent automatically to the email provided during checkout.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

  • We are NOT responsible for any stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced. We are ONLY responsible for lost packages. 

  • It will be your responsibility to contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 to determine if your package has been lost or stolen. If your package was lost, please contact us at customerservice@heavenly-hair.com. Once we verify your order is lost we will issue you a full refund. 

  • All Packages come with a tracking number.

  • If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have your package held at your local USPS post office HERE

 

USPS may take up to 24hrs to post tracking information after an order has shipped.

COVID-19 POLICY:

Expect Shipping Delays due to Covid-19. We ship out all packages on time however, it may take the shipping company longer to deliver due to the pandemic.  We do not issue any refunds or accept returns due to these delays

return & exchange policy

  • We accept returns! Returns are accepted for any reason within 7 days of receiving. 

  • If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, please contact us here. Cancellations are only accepted within 8 hours of the original purchase date. There is a $30 Restock fee for cancellations. 

All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and products that are returned with signs of being worn or altered in any way will not be eligible for a refund.
